Fees and the clean-fill pool

A 1% fee on each released price, paid by the seller, split three ways. The pool share goes back to the sellers whose bonds delivered.

The split

The pool share stays in Need's vault, counted for the clean-fill pool, in the release transaction. The origin share is credited to the app that brought the intent (the origin field), claimable with claim_owed; intents with no origin send it to the reserve. On a hooked fill the router pays the same three shares in USDC inside the transfer. The reserve share is credited to the reserve address.

The daily pool

w(seller) = lowest $NEED bond over the day × (delivered / awarded)² 0 for a seller slashed that day share = w / Σw of the pool's USDC and SOL

The publisher posts one Merkle root a day with its inputs as JSON (GET /api/v1/epochs). Claims stay open until the epoch is closed, and what is left rolls into the next one. Before the token exists the weights are zero and the pool waits.
