Owner and timelock
Need's admin actions wait 48 hours in a timelock inside the program. The one action outside it is binding the $NEED token, once. The guardian can pause new posts and awards; exits never pause. Details on Security.
Keys
The house runs the offer relay, one delivery attester, the epoch publisher and the fee relay. Each one's role and bounds are listed on the security page.
Dev log
Every release links a public record: a transaction, a deployed program, the sha256 of an SDK release, or a parameter queued in the timelock. Read it on the dev log.
