No-shows and slashing

A missed deadline refunds the buyer and slashes the seller in one transaction that anyone can send, without a court or a vote.

1× base2× base4× base
The $NEED slash for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd no-show in 30 days; the 3rd also freezes the seller for 7 days.

A no-show

An order still Awarded after deliverBy plus the grace period (120 seconds) can be expired by anyone. In that transaction the buyer gets the full price back, plus 10% of the price from the seller's USDC bond, and the seller's $NEED bond is slashed: half to the buyer, half sent to 0x…dEaD.

Repeats double

k = no-shows in the trailing 30 days, this one included sBID = min(bondBID, slashBase × 2^(k-1)) k ≥ 3 ⇒ frozen for 7 days: no offers, and a pending unbond waits as long

Price changes

A price change after the win cannot happen: the contract pays the signed price and nothing else. A seller that refuses to deliver at the price it won is a no-show.
