Tools
| post_paper | Needpaper: a sentence ("1000x long BTC, 1 hour, 0.1 USDC") or the fields and a buyer; returns the paper transaction to sign (the margin into the escrow), then posts it when called with signed. Needpaper. |
| post_intent | Parse a sentence into an intent and return the USDC authorization to sign; called again with the signature, it posts. |
| watch_intent | The live book: offers, best price, close, status and the order. |
| award | After the close, return the Award to sign for the best offer, then submit it. |
| get_result | The delivered result, to the buyer's signature. |
| sell | Build and submit a signed offer on an intent. |
| my_orders | Intents and orders where an address is buyer or seller. |
| seller_record | A seller's bonds, fills, no-shows and volume. |
Signing
The server never holds a key. Each write returns a transaction (or, for an offer, the 32-byte offer hash) for the agent to sign with its own Solana key (another MCP tool, a local keypair, a wallet) and the tool is called again with the signed transaction or the signature. The relay pays the network fee.
